Security Police

We take very seriously the safety and security of our guests. Gate Milano reserves the right to refuse admission to any person who fails to follow our security staff’s directions.

Dress Code

No flip-flops, tank tops, swimwear, sports jerseys, backpacks, uncovered torsos, sweatpants, sweatshirts, sports shoes or headgear and / or football / basketball team jerseys, as well as any ideological attire that might offend the attendants’ sensitivities, are allowed into the premises.

Cloakroom

There is a cloakroom service available at Gate Milano.

Bag Policy

Backpacks, luggage, or big bags are not allowed. For the safety and comfort of all guests, anything larger than a standard-sized handbag may be refused entry.

Re-admission policy

There is no re-admission once leaving the venue. Customers who leave the premises will be required to purchase an additional ticket to re-enter. There are outdoor areas at Gate Milano for those who want to take a break from the dancefloor.

Identification

Attendants are required to provide an original ID card upon entry. Personal identification such as a government-issued ID card or passport. Photos, photocopies or a police report for robbery or lost are not accepted.

How Old I Need Be to Access Gate Milano

Customers must be aged 18 or older to enter Gate Milano. Anyone younger than 18 or anyone who is unable to prove their age via valid identification will be refused entry.

VIP Booking

To make a VIP table request, please fill out the request form. Due to high demand, our VIP team could take up to 72 hours to answer your request. If your request is for events taking place today or tomorrow, we will contact you in the next few hours.

What is included?

The price of your reservation equals your available credit, exclusively for beverage. If, for any reason, you don’t use it all, you will be offered the rest of the beverage in kind. If the beverage consumption exceeds your credit, you must pay the difference. Under no circumstances will we allow the transfer of the remaining credit for another event. 

How many people per table?

The more, the merrier. There is no maximum number of people per table reservation. However, we do recommend that the table has at least 4 people. Please fill out the form to make requests for fewer guests or larger groups.

Tables Layout

The arrangement of the tables may be subject to change. You will receive an email with the table layout and the price list once you make your request.

Payment

You can pay with the following cards: Mastercard, Visa, Union Pay, Maestro and American Express. Payments in cash are also allowed, limited to the amount pursuant to applicable law. There is also an ATM near Gate Milano if you prefer to pay by cash.

Cancelations

Bookings are fully transferable and refunds are available 72h before the event. If for any reason an event is cancelled, we may offer to change your reservation to another date or make you a refund.

Photography

Professional cameras are not allowed into the premises. Unauthorised recording is not allowed. GoPro attachments like selfie sticks, monopods and other professional photography equipment are not allowed.

Best time to arrive

Arrival before 1:00 am is advisable; please let us know when you and your group are planning to arrive.

Identification

Anyone looking underage would be requested to show their ID to access the venue, so please make sure you bring your ID. Please note you must bring the original ID, photos, photocopies or a police report for robbery or lost are not accepted.

Do I Need to Print My Ticket?

eTickets can be downloaded and displayed on your smartphone. There is no need to print your ticket.

Can I Purchase the Tickets at the Door?

Yes. Tickets purchased in advance are less expensive than at the door. Therefore, for the best-priced tickets, please buy in advance online at gatemilano.it

Can I Access the VIP Area without a VIP table booking?

For some events, a limited number of VIP tickets will be released to access our VIP area.

Policy Information

Photo & video for personal use, with a smartphone, is allowed. However, any filming or photography for commercial use is not allowed. If you don’t wish to be recorded or photographed, please do not pose for photos, and inform our staff.

Professional camera equipment is not allowed into the premises, and you may risk having such equipment confiscated upon arrival at the venue.

Audio recording devices, monopods, tripods, and selfie sticks are not allowed into the premises either.

We have an in-house photo and video team on-site covering the event.

Upon purchase of your ticket for Gate Milano you give your express consent to the possibility of being filmed or photographed by our team, and such content might be posted on our socials or other channels, for advertising purposes.

Can I Pay by Card?

We accept contactless payments and card payments using Mastercard, Visa, Union Pay, Maestro and American Express. The latter might make payment difficult, please let us know in advance.

Do You Accept Cash?

Cash payments are also accepted, limited to the amount pursuant to applicable law. There is also an ATM inside Hï Ibiza if you prefer to pay by cash.

Can I bring Food & Drink into Gate Milano?

It is strictly prohibited to bring any food or beverages into the premises of Gate Milano.

Lost Property

Any lost property send an email to info@gatemilano.com. Management shall not be held responsible for any item lost at Gate Milano.

Forgotten, lost, or abandoned items, whose origin is unknown, which are found at the venue, will be kept for a maximum period of fifteen days before being delivered to the Police, who will take over responsibility, recording everything on a register, with reference to the main characteristics and the day and location they were found. Unless the venue is closed or in extreme circumstances, a specific timetable for picking up by e-mail may be agreed upon between both parties.
