Carl Cox
First turntables at sixteen; at Sunrise in '88 he hooked up a third deck and it became his signature. Fifteen straight seasons at Space Ibiza with Music Is Revolution, and now the Awesome Soundwave label.
Loco Dice
Yassine Ben Achour, born in Düsseldorf to Tunisian parents. He started out as a hip hop DJ opening for Snoop Dogg and Ice Cube, then moved to house and techno. In 2006 he founded Desolat.
Nic Fanciulli
From Maidstone, Kent: at sixteen he was behind the counter of a record shop. Today he runs Saved Records and The Social, the festival he brought to the town he grew up in.
Chelina Manuhutu
Born in Amsterdam, based on Ibiza, raised in a family of musicians. Tech house laced with Latin and African percussion, over basslines that give no quarter.
Jon Rundell
London. He met Carl Cox in Brighton in 1996, still underage; since 2006 he has run Intec as A&R. In 2011 Knick Knack held the top of the Beatport chart for six weeks.
