BCCO brings Blawan, Überkikz and FENIM0RE to Milan. Modular synths and a drummer's kick, late-90s hypnotic hard groove, Berlin analogue sound: three ways of reading the same night.
Who's playing
Blawan
Jamie Roberts, from Barnsley, a drummer before a producer. He debuted on Hessle Audio in 2010, founded Ternesc in 2015 and moved to modular synths. He is one half of Karenn with Pariah.
Überkikz
Russian-born, raised in Berlin's underground raves. Hard groove and late-90s hypnotic techno: driving kicks, tribal percussion, raw loops, and her own vocals in Russian over the top.
FENIM0RE
Berlin-based, just past twenty, with a declared love for analogue sound. Dubby stabs, bouncing basslines and transitions you never hear coming.
BCCO
A Berlin label and collective, running since 2017 across parties, records and fashion. Its New Faces series, with SoundCloud and Tresor, opens the booth to emerging techno DJs.
